Answer: Please disable Sim Pin numbers first. If you dont know how to do this, here is an explanation:
Then insert the 2 simcards with disabled Pins into SocBlue and your Bluetooth environment and the app will detect SocBlue and connect.
If downloading the socblue app does not work please install a free app like vpn one click or vpn express and select a country next to China like India and your download will succeed.
